Header Spec’s:
This header is designed to go as large as a 2” to 2 1/8” step header with up to 4” collectors. All of our headers are hand made so we can make them for any cylinder head and any block deck height, in any size you need.

What Fits:
This is a race header made for motor plates only and it will come with a split flange and our slip on race collectors. It was designed on a Spohn #704 K member and may or may not clear other aftermarket K members. Ask Dan
All tubes are inside the frame with excellent ground clearance and spark plug access.
This header was designed using a Moroso # 21150 oil pan with no side sump kick outs. There is no room for a sump kick out on the passenger side. The stock LS-7 oil pan comes with dry sump oil lines on the passenger side and there is no room for them, so you will have to use a wet sump pan. There is good room and oil filter access with a stock LS-1 thru LS-6 oil pan. Our design car had a TCI starter and the stock starter also fits.
This header would come with oxygen sensor bungs welded in the collectors facing outward, but if you request a “V” band connection for your exhaust reducers we would install the oxygen bungs in the reducers witch can be rotated to any position. This header will fit a power brake booster, but will not fit factory air conditioning or any type of column shifter linkage or mechanical clutch linkage.

Installing the Headers:

Passenger side: with the engine in place and starter and spark plugs in place you can install the rear 2 tubes from below, do not start any header bolts. Next install the front 2 tubes from below and then bolt both header sections in place.

Driver side: remove the center section of the steering column between the 2 “U” joints. Install the front 2 tubes from below. Start front header bolt to hold tubes, but leave the header tubes loose and reinstall the steering column. Next install the rear 2 tubes and bolt both header sections in place.
Next install the collectors.
