Header Spec’s:
This header is designed for any tube size up to 2 ½” and any collector size up to 5” or our collector muffler up to a 6” size. It was designed using an AJE aftermarket “K” member with their side motor mounts to position the motor in the same location that the Ford engine was located. It will also fit motor plates. All tubes are inside the frame. The engine can be set back. It will fit any mini starter except a CVR or Meziere #400 and will not fit a stock GM full size starter. The oil pan has 3” of room on the driver side and 2” at mid pan with 2 ¾” at the bottom on the passenger side for oil pan sump kick outs. We kept the header up as high as we could for ground clearance the front of the header is higher than the back of the collectors and the collectors are as high as we could go and still have room for an exhaust system.

We offer Milodon oil pans #30951 and #30956 which allow easy access to the oil filter.
We also stock Power Master #9540 starters.

Header Installation:

This header will come with individual tubes and our slip on race collectors.
Driver side install tubes from below, from front to back, #1, #3, #5, #7, only snug the header bolts, don’t tighten them until you install the collectors then go back and tighten all the bolts.
Passenger side install the tubes from the bottom, #2 then #8 then install #4 and #6 at the same time, then the collector.
